Abstract

This work constitutes SPT v1.3 — Part IX, consolidating the applied framework of the Structural Plenitude Theory (SPT) by establishing comparative structural regimes across Solar System objects, classical comets, and the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS. Using the Structural Flux Paradigm, the article introduces predictive tables that relate coupling efficiency (η), structural impedance (Z_H), radiative behavior, and non-gravitational dynamics, providing a falsifiable and operational diagnostic tool for astrophysical observations. The document formalizes three substrate-defined dynamical regimes (laminar, transitional, impedant), presents predictive signatures specific to 3I/ATLAS during its 2025–2026 trajectory, and delivers a structured observational checklist for empirical falsification of SPT v1.3. This publication completes the applied cycle of the SPT v1.3 release, linking Parts I–VIII into a coherent diagnostic methodology. Each part receives an independent DOI to ensure traceability and version integrity.
