Abstract

This research proposes a two-dimensional structural model for the set of natural numbers N, redefining the traditional sequential view into a coordinate-based system. By utilizing 2-adic valuation and the concept of "Co-Division Fibers,". This framework provides an exhaustive modular partition of N, creating a robust static foundation for the future study of complex arithmetic dynamics and number theory transformations.
