Abstract

We propose a constructive program for quantum SU(3) Yang–Mills theory in four Euclidean dimensions. We define a family of restricted lattice measures {mu^ICE_{a,L}} obtained from the Wilson lattice measure by multiplying by local, cylindrical, gauge-invariant constraints designed to preserve reflection positivity.
