Abstract

**Majority per sport are excluded from team medals** because traditional formats (Thomas/Uber Cup, Davis Cup, Team Championships) require full-discipline depth across 3-5+ disciplines. Nations strong in only 1-2 disciplines cannot compete. ### THE SOLUTION **Independent team championships by discipline** where nations compete ONLY in their strengths. **Core Innovation:** Selective participation + tier-flexible format = maximum inclusivity
