A Damped Oscillation Model for Patient-Led Longitudinal Fatigue and Sleep Dynamics
Abstract
[English Abstract] This work presents a patient-led longitudinal analysis of fatigue and sleep dynamics, modeled as a damped oscillatory system. Based on long-term self-monitoring data, the study explores how cognitive load, recovery processes, and sleep duration interactover time, with particular relevance to chronic fatigue conditions. This is version 1.1 of a preprint and has not undergone peer review.
