Abstract

\begin{abstract} Within the Universal Gravito--Informational Theory (TGIU), protective fields are conceptualized not as mechanical or electromagnetic barriers, but as regions of controlled informational curvature. The resulting structure, called the \emph{Informational Equilibrium Shield (IES)}, arises from the reconfiguration of local informational gradients --- coherence $(\Phi)$ and entropy $(S)$ --- to stabilize the curvature phase $(\Theta_C)$ of spacetime information. This document presents the theoretical foundations, mathematical formalism, and engineering implications of the IES, based on TGIU principles, TEF--regulated metamaterials, and TRB--feedback resonance. \end{abstract}
