Abstract

The Universal Gravito–Informational Theory (TGIU) redefines computation as a process of curvature equilibrium in informational space, where physical, cognitive, and computational systems are governed by a universal equilibrium operator --- the TGIU Equilibrium Force (TEF). Through the Curvature State Transform (J\_CST), informational dynamics replace complex-number formalism with real geometric rotations, yielding a unified framework that connects electromagnetism, gravitation, and consciousness. The present work introduces the Informational Computing calculus and the Universal Informational Relational Equations (UIRE) as operational tools for this framework. It demonstrates how TGIU Informational Computing, Hybrid Intelligence, and TEF–J\_CST dynamics jointly form a coherent paradigm capable of computation far beyond current supercomputers or quantum devices --- while operating at minimal energy and maximal coherence. Finally, the paper discusses implementation possibilities with existing hardware, outlines experimental validations, and presents a long-term vision for decentralized equilibrium computing networks (TGIU–Net), where every intelligent node acts as a curvature equilibrium center of the universal computation.
