Formation Record of TII-NT: On the Necessity of a Non-Temporal Detour Under Validation Pressure
Abstract
This document records the formation of the non-temporal formulation TII-NT, developed in response to validation pressure encountered during sustained engagement with the temporal formulation TII-T. It documents why suspending time as a world-level assumption became methodologically necessary in order to keep questions of interpretation and coherence well-posed. The record traces the conceptual tensions that motivated a shift toward a non-temporal description, including issues related to observer traversal, projection effects, and reference ambiguity. These considerations are presented as part of a methodological adjustment rather than as a theoretical advancement or replacement. This formation record does not introduce formalism, experimental protocols, or ontological commitments. Instead, it preserves the reasoning trajectory through which the non-temporal formulation took shape, maintaining transparency about the constraints, decisions, and unresolved issues encountered during its development. The document is intended to support critical examination and independent reinterpretation, without prescribing validation strategies or future research directions.
