A seurat object saved in qs format containing post-filtered cells, with matched gene expression, ADT expression, VDJ receptor sequences, and calculated UMAP. Data is related to the published manuscript 'CXCR5 identifies stem-like resident memory CD8+ T cells enriched for latent EBV specificity in tonsils'. Raw data also available at https://zenodo.org/records/17278504. File is opened using the qs_read command from the qs2 R package.
