mohdasti/LCYA: Post_review
Abstract
Post-Review Revision This release reflects updates made in response to peer review, following the initial submission archived as Publish_ready (v1, January 2026). New Analyses (analysis/revision_analyses/) Random slopes models (LCYA_Random_Slopes_Models.R): Trial-level GLMMs (accuracy) and LMMs (RT, Total AUC, Cognitive AUC) with maximal random effects; corrected CDT difficulty coding (easy = 45°/90°, hard = 5°/20°) and outcome variable (resp1_diff) Equivalence testing (LCYA_TOST_Equivalence_Testing.R): Two one-sided tests (TOST) for all non-significant effects; SESOI anchored to Park et al. (2021), d = 0.79 Continuous grip force models (LCYA_Grip_Force_Continuous_Models.R): Physical effort analyses using actual measured force (auc_rel_mvc, z-scored) as a continuous predictor Confidence ratings (LCYA_Confidence_Ratings_Analysis.R): Trial-level LMMs for subjective confidence (1–4 scale) across CDT, ADT, and VDT Updated Figures Figure 2 revised with individual data points and subject-level means with corrected CIs Figure 4 merged Total + Cognitive AUC bar plots with individual data points New supplementary figures: dose–response plot and TOST forest plot New Output Files (outputs/) LCYA_FixedEffects_AllModels.csv LCYA_GripForce_FixedEffects.csv LCYA_TOST_Results.csv Documentation README updated to reflect final manuscript title, revised findings, and corrected figure/script references Zenodo DOI updated in README badges
