AVTS Pilot Execution Modules for Organizational Transformation
Abstract
Description This repository provides a tool-agnostic Pilot Kit for controlled organizational transformation, designed for licensing and independent pilot execution by public institutions, complex organizations, and integrators. The kit defines a complete set of operational governance modules for running time-boxed pilots (typically 6–8 weeks) that introduce automation, digitalization, or AI-supported decision support while explicitly controlling side effects, risks, and organizational impact. All components are delivered as formal JSON specifications (modules, schemas, interfaces, thresholds, acceptance tests, and SOPs). The kit does not prescribe any specific software stack or vendor. Licensees integrate the modules into their existing infrastructure using adapters of their choice. The Pilot Kit focuses on: evidence-based decision gating rollback-ready pilot operation explicit override and escalation paths audit-ready controls and metrics preservation of accountability and reversibility during transformation Optional professional extensions add lineage, release governance, audit packs, privacy and security guardrails, and lightweight organizational enablement. The artifacts are intended for licensing and reuse across domains, including but not limited to public administration, regulated environments, and large organizational back-office functions.
