Methods: An integrative literature review was employed, guided by Whittemoreand Knafl’s five-step methodology. Data were sourced from CINAHL, ERIC, PubMed, Scopus®, andreference lists, using structured search terms related to cultural and linguisticdiversity. The Critical Appraisal tools were applied to assess methodologicalrigor and ensure reliability. Data were analyzed and synthesized thematically toaddress the review question. Results: Studies from 10 countries from different regions of the world wereincluded. Three overarching themes emerged from the review. These themesencompass the key challenges identified, the opportunities recognized, and thesuggested strategies to address the challenges while leveraging the opportunitieswithin culturally and linguistically diverse nursing education settings. Conclusion: While cultural diversity in nursing education presents challenges, italso fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. Addressing these factors isessential for enhancing cultural competence and preparing future nurses foreffective practice in diverse healthcare environments.
