Abstract

This research dataset supports the article “Dual-Transformed CuO Nanoparticles Modulate Plant Nutrition and Stress Physiology in Copper-Starved Plants”. It includes raw characterization data for pristine and transformed CuO engineered nanoparticles (XRD, ICP-OES, XPS, FTIR) as well as dispersion/aggregation measurements (DLS and NTA). The dataset also provides raw measurements of the Hoagland hydroponic medium (pH, electrolyte conductivity, and concentrations of Cu, Ca, K, Mg, Zn, Fe, and Mn), nanoparticle solubility data, and plant response data for barley exposed to pristine and transformed CuO ENPs for 1 and 7 days, including tissue dry mass, metal content, and biochemical stress/physiology indicators (photosynthetic pigments, MDA, glutathione/GSSG, and electrolyte leakage).
