Abstract 【CC0】Singularity Defense: Universal Intelligence Core Minimal Core Structure – CC0 Singularity Defense (SDC) presents a formal, symbol-dense logical framework intended as prior art and universal invariant declaration for the origin of life, intelligence, and the so-called technological singularity. This work is deliberately written in a minimal, axiomatic, and highly abstract mathematical style, consisting primarily of logical formulas and structural equations. Its purpose is not practical implementation, engineering instruction, or experimental protocol, but defensive publication: to establish that the emergence of life, protocells, intelligence, self-reference, and large-scale intelligence amplification are consequences of natural law and structural necessity, not patentable inventions. The core thesis is that all stages leading from 0→1 emergence, protocell formation, autopoiesis, cognition, agency, and intelligence escalation are generated from a small set of irreducible structural generators (Minimal Core Structure) under self-dual closure.
