ECOIN Logistics
Abstract
DescriptionECOIN Logistics is a state-transition user interface designed to prevent decision freezing in human–AI systems. Unlike predictive dashboards or optimization-driven tools, this framework treats stagnation, misuse, and fatigue as process-level signals rather than individual deficiencies. The system is grounded in the principle that information flow precedes material flow. Delays are interpreted as disruptions in articulation, relational clearance, or recovery capacity, not as failures of will or ability. A logistics-style state map visualizes only the current process stage, avoiding outcome fixation and evaluation pressure. Outputs are intentionally constrained to probabilistic arrival ranges and minimal intervenable steps. Ethical safeguards—including non-evaluative design, non-predictive outputs, minimal intervention, and non-cumulative judgment—are enforced at the structural level. This work aligns with the broader ECOIN framework, which reframes emotion as circulating informational energy and prioritizes sustainable circulation over extractive optimization. Worldbuilding and narrative layers are intentionally excluded to preserve conceptual clarity and misuse resistance.
