Abstract

Neuro-Symbolic Executable Arbitration for AI Rendering (NXAiR™) is a human-governed modular architectural framework that formally separates authority from generation in AI systems. Change Log (v1.0 → v1.1): Renamed NXAiR as Neuro-symbolic Executabe Arbitration for AI Rendering Renamed “Governance & Adaptivity Surface (GAS)” → “Governance & Control Surface (GCS)” Clarified roles and phases of the Human-Governed Scaffold (HGS) Refined Instruction Module (IM) description to emphasize lifecycle-modifiable guidance Strengthened terminology consistency across modules for auditability and semantic precision Removed redundant references to adaptivity already implied by governance Minor textual edits for clarity and conceptual rigor License: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) Related Identifiers / References: v1.0 DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18207434 Version: 1.1
