Paper 116: Organizer Dynamics from Gated Coherence Transport Swirl Formation and Coherence Gradients Without Energy Extraction
Abstract
This paper derives the directional response operator previously assumed in Paper 116 from the signed surface contact law developed in Paper 122BD. The operator describes how surface amplitudes respond to phase differences between interacting sites while accounting for guide angle coupling and the reaction of the occupied host. It conserves the total squared surface inventory and produces an explicit reciprocal current, although it does not generally conserve the sum of the amplitudes. For a uniform ring, the result reduces to the previously assumed difference between forward and backward shifts, with the coefficient now determined by the contact state and phase advance. Paper 122V provides a complementary rotation generator for recorded occupied anchor handoffs and a conservative form of its field equation. The two operators act on different physical states and should not be identified with one another. The derivation establishes a directional mechanism within the adopted Holosphere dynamics without equating surface current with vacancy motion or with a change in the overall mode sign. A complete self contained program passes all sixty eight checks, including the fifty three supplied physical handoff records. Independent comparison with the supplied source functions confirms both the surface evolution and the geometric generators.
