Paper 116: Organizer Dynamics from Gated Coherence Transport Swirl Formation and Coherence Gradients Without Energy Extraction
Abstract
Paper 116 specifies a mechanism-only organizer primitive: spatially varying admissibility (a gate field) can inject circulation into transported coherence flow without net energy creation. Transport is modeled as a proposed flux multiplied by a gate in [0,1][0,1][0,1], yielding an exact swirl decomposition that separates gate-injected swirl from inherited swirl. Under an irrotational proposal (or when inherited swirl is negligible), admissibility gradients are sufficient to generate vorticity and circulation patterns without requiring matter as the initiating cause. The paper also locks a strict “no free energy” boundary under a declared continuity contract with nonnegative loss: in closed or periodic domains with no source, the total coherence budget cannot increase; organizers are therefore storage/redirection geometries that increase local residence time rather than sources. Discrete graph analogues preserve both the budget boundary and circulation injection via gate variation on cycles. The module is packaged for governance: explicit assumptions, attribution guardrails, failure modes, adversarial falsifiers, and a canonical clean-control test demonstrating the predicted gate-swirl channel under discretization.
