TECC Framework: Conceptual Mechanism for Resolving the Hubble Constant Tension (Illustrative Anchor v1.1)
Abstract
This document is a canonical extension of TECC v1.0, providing a conceptual derivation of the Hubble constant within the Energy-Cycle Cosmological Framework. It illustrates how scale-dependent energy cycling among baryonic, dark-matter-like, and dark-energy-like phases can contribute cumulative effects to observed redshift rates. The numerical values presented (e.g., H$_0 \sim 70.9$ and 72.1 km/s/Mpc) are purely illustrative and do not represent final fitted results.More comprehensive cycling scenarios, capable of reaching rates consistent with the higher end of local observational measurements (∼73–76 km/s/Mpc regime), will be explored in subsequent technical extensions.Author's note: Intentionally zero references to preserve conceptual purity. This PDF serves as a conceptual anchor for subsequent technical developments within TECC.
