Abstract

A wide range of persistent astrophysical anomalies — spanning galactic dynamics, compact-object timing phenomena, and cosmological-scale tensions — resist fully satisfactory explanation within standard ΛCDM cosmology and conventional gravitational paradigms. This review examines fifteen such anomalies that exhibit unusually low scatter, abrupt state transitions, or collective behaviour across scales. We show that all fifteen admit a unified and parsimonious interpretation within the Sympathetic Harmonic Resonance Framework (SHRF), in which gravitational and dynamical phenomena emerge from coherence, phase-locking, and resonance dynamics in an information-bearing spacetime substrate. Rather than invoking additional particle species or finely tuned feedback mechanisms, SHRF attributes these anomalies to variations in coherence strength, resonance quality factors, and phase evolution. The framework reproduces observed scaling relations, explains abrupt dynamical transitions, and yields testable predictions. SHRF is presented not as a replacement for ΛCDM, but as a complementary interpretive layer capable of unifying otherwise disconnected anomalies.
