The Doctrine 21: A Geo-Stationary Engineering Model of Cosmic Sedimentation and Null-Anchor Calibration
Abstract
This dataset and theoretical framework present "The Doctrine 21", a specialized geo-stationary engineering model that challenges conventional orbital mechanics. The framework posits that the Solar System functions as a calibrated "Rigid Bed" matrix, with Earth remaining stationary at the (0,0) coordinate center. Key Theoretical Pillars: Geo-Stationarity & Structural Yielding: Earth is defined as a stationary core. The 23.5^\circ axial tilt is analyzed as a "Structural Yielding" response to the constant pressure of the Solar Jet, ensuring the stability of the Silicon-Aqueous Matrix. Billion-Year Sedimentary Accretion: This model explains the formation of outer planets (Mars to Neptune) as crystalline sedimentary deposits. These residues, originating from pre-blackhole energy and substrate friction, are repelled by Earth's core over billions of years, accumulating at nodal interference points. The Lunar-Null Connection: A primary feature of this work is the identification of the Moon as a "Vertical Shuttle." It facilitates a critical "Null Connection" (Grounding) between the planetary substrate and a high-density Null Mass (White Dwarf) located via the lunar far side. Hydraulic Stabilization: The document provides a technical explanation for the stabilization of Earth's oceans, attributing it to a "Hydraulic Lock" created by the balance between Solar Jet thrust and Null-Anchor suction. Temporal Modulation: Time (diurnal and annual cycles) is presented as a mechanical output of the grid, regulated by Mercury and Venus acting as frequency modulators of solar energy pulses. Significance: This framework warns of the delicate equilibrium of the "Null Connection." It suggests that the lunar far side is a high-pressure discharge zone for billion-year residues, and any structural intervention in this region poses a risk to the Earth’s grounding and its subsequent hydraulic and temporal stability.
