Elastic Diffusive Cosmology (EDC) — Theory Book and Verification Toolkit

Release v17.49.1 is a metadata-only update. It fixes the repository citation metadata to ensure correct attribution and licensing in automated citation systems. Changes in this release: Corrected CITATION.cff metadata (author name, title, versioning, license fields). No changes to the book content, LaTeX sources, the PDF, or the Python toolkit. No scientific/technical revisions relative to v17.49. Availability on GitHub (PDF + LaTeX + simulations): The EDC Theory Book is available on GitHub in both PDF and full LaTeX source format (edc_book/). A companion Python verification/simulation toolkit is included (code/), with runnable scripts, tests, and documentation (e.g., lensing, double-slit, constants checks, and other numerical experiments). Repository contents (as archived by Zenodo): Full EDC Theory Book PDF (v17.49) and complete LaTeX source tree (edc_book/). Companion Python toolkit (code/) with scripts, tests, and documentation.
