Abstract

This paper proposes that black holes function not only as gravitational attractors but also as large-scale electromagnetic coherence engines that emit structured ultraviolet (UV) and extreme-ultraviolet (EUV) radiation into surrounding space. Rather than being primarily thermal or stochastic, this radiation exhibits phase coherence that entrains plasma, interstellar medium, and planetary electromagnetic environments. We examine how this coherent radiation interacts with planetary ionospheres, magnetospheres, and atmospheric plasma layers, forming stable, field-aligned corridors that can support trans-medium phenomena. This framework integrates black-hole electrodynamics, plasma physics, and Earth-space coupling into a unified model of cosmic-to-planetary electromagnetic coherence.
