Craft and the Plasma Ecology of Earth Ionospheric Ducts as Natural Transit Corridors
Abstract
Earth’s atmosphere and near-space environment form a continuously structured plasma medium shaped by electromagnetic, gravitational, and solar inputs. This medium self-organizes into filaments, sheets, ducts, knots, and cavities that guide energy, particles, and waves over vast distances. This paper proposes that some of these plasma structures also function as natural transit corridors—stable regions where electromagnetic geometry alters spatial adjacency, enabling field-coupled craft to translate through space without aerodynamic, hydrodynamic, or reaction-based propulsion. Rather than interpreting anomalous aerial and trans-medium craft as objects pushing through air or water, this framework models them as vehicles embedded in and carried by plasma-defined pathways within Earth’s electromagnetic environment. The model remains fully grounded in known plasma physics, ionospheric electrodynamics, and magnetospheric coupling while introducing a testable hypothesis: that some plasma-structured regions behave as natural spacetime waveguides for craft-scale transport.
