Abstract

A comprehensive review of high-fidelity multi-sensor data reveals a recurring set of anomalous aerial and trans-medium object behaviors that are inconsistent with conventional aerodynamic or hydrodynamic models. These behaviors recur across time, geography, and sensor modalities, indicating a coherent pattern rather than isolated noise.
