Mathematical Extension to ARTICLE NO. 4: Metric Anisotropy of the Speed of Light and Deterministic 7ps Oscillations in Lunar Laser Ranging (LLR)
Abstract
This mathematical extension provides a rigorous derivation of light speed anisotropy (c_eff) based on the Quantum-Crystalline (QC) Medium viscosity tensor. The work identifies the systematic 7.14 ps (picosecond) residual noise in Lunar Laser Ranging (LLR) data not as instrumental error, but as a predictable consequence of the Solar System's 60.2° tilt relative to the interstellar flow. Key contributions: Zolottcev-Formula for c_eff: Analytical coupling of vacuum viscosity and phase velocity. Metrological Prediction: Established temporal windows for 2026 (March/September vs. June/December) where LLR anomalies reach their peak and minimum values. Cosmological Link: Application of the space thickness gradient to explain the formation of Cosmic Voids without Dark Energy. This paper serves as a definitive metrological guide for the empirical verification of the QC-Medium theory using existing laser ranging infrastructure.
