Abstract

Title: THERMODYNAMIC SOVEREIGNTY: 13.8 BILLION YEARS OF EVIDENCE AGAINST ENTROPIC DETERMINISM Executive Summary (Synopsis): This article challenges the traditional interpretation of the Second Law of Thermodynamics and the prediction of the "heat death" of the universe. Using 13.8 billion years of observational evidence, the work demonstrates that structural organization is not a statistical accident, but a consequence of Axial Induction. Through the ACF(0.65) metric, validated with a precision of $10^{-15}$, we prove that circular motion acts as an energy concentration mechanism, maintaining order against entropy. This work resolves the paradox between thermodynamic theory and physical reality, proposing that a law of existence governs structural persistence through 36 orders of magnitude. Key Points of the Work: The Entropy Paradox: Why does complexity increase if the law dictates disorder? The answer lies in the geometry of movement. Unwavering Precision: Application of the mathematical rigor of $10^{-15}$ to sustain organizational sovereignty. Induction Mechanism: Demonstration of how Angular Momentum ($10^{33}$ to $10^{78}$ J·s) recirculates energy to preserve form. Interconnectivity: This volume acts as the third pillar of a scientific wall, connecting atomic stability (Iron-56) and galaxy formation (Article DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18209538). Keywords: Thermodynamics, Entropy, Heat Death, Axial Coherence Factor (ACF), Axial Induction, Law of Existence, Organizational Sovereignty.
