Stability Physical Conditions for Measurement Persistence
Abstract
This paper defines stability strictly as a physical property of measurement systems, independent of interpretation or idealized equilibrium. Using only established physics, stability is identified as the active material and energetic capacity of a system to resist drift and delay error by maintaining structural restriction and scale coupling under sustained energy exchange. By grounding stability in material structure, energy management, and thermodynamic limits, the paper clarifies how measurement persistence is physically achieved despite inevitable entropy.
