Abstract

This study will be conducted to map thenetwork coverage strength and gapswithin the premises of Bulacan StateUniversity – Main Campus. Its solepurpose is to provide reliable connectivityfor college students within the schoolpremises. A sequential mixed-methodsapproach will be employed to ensure thatboth statistical and descriptive data areanalyzed appropriately. Differentinstruments, such as Likert-scale survey,Net Monitor Cell Signal Logging Pro, andopen-ended questionnaires, will be usedto identify areas within the campus withstrong signals and coverage gaps, as wellas to measure the reliability ofconnectivity across different locationswithin the institution. A total of 294students will serve as respondents inconducting the study. These participantswill answer the Likert scale survey andopen-ended questionnaires about reliableconnectivity, with the generated heatmaps as their reference material. Lastly, this research will make use of statisticaland thematic data analysis methods tointerpret both numerical and descriptiveinformation collected during thefieldwork.
