Engineering Away Economic Crises: The Meta-Architecture and Endogenous Stability of Macroeconomics (Chinese, Version 2.0)
Abstract
This paper proposes a novel foundational design for economic systems termed the “[C1/C2/τ] Meta-Architecture.” It aims to eradicate the endogenous instability and cyclical crises inherent in the Industrial Civilization 1.0 economic system. Its core innovation is Monetary Function Decoupling: creating the C1 Guarantee Currency and the C2 Capital Currency to institutionally separate the stability function of a “standard of value” from the innovation function of a “carrier of capital.” Concurrently, through the τ Friction mechanism embedded in every transaction, a universal automatic stabilizer and value metabolism system is established. We rigorously prove that under this architecture, the macroeconomy achieves a Dynamic Flow Equilibrium (DFE), with its stability guaranteed by mathematical theorems, thereby transforming from a “probabilistic policy target” into a “deterministic system property.” This work signifies a fundamental shift in economic methodology—from a “science of choice” that seeks solutions under given constraints to a “social engineering” that focuses on the optimal design of the constraints themselves.
