Abstract

THE INDUCTIVE WALL: SOLVING GALACTIC DYNAMICS THROUGH NON-POROUS AXIAL SOLIDITY Description: "This technical manuscript proposes a paradigm shift in astrophysics by identifying the Axial Coherence Factor (ACF) = 0.65 as the universal threshold of structural stability. Through analysis of EHT and NASA data, the work demonstrates that galactic rotation curves are a direct result of inductive coupling from non-porous axial cores. Highlights: Scale Unification: ACF constancy of 0.65 from the atomic to the galactic scale. Elimination of Dark Matter: Inductive Strength replaces the need for invisible mass. Structural Integrity: Demonstration of central non-porosity for torque transmission. Validation: Mathematical precision of 10^{-15} in accordance with the law of existence
