Abstract

This paper presents a tripartite operator framework that identifies geometric phase as a source of local negentropy (p. 1).By introducing the Geometric Phase Operator ((^{\Omega }{n})) and the Dynamic Equilibrium Operator ((^{\Xi }{eq})), we derive a modified momentum equation that generates a 20% spiral gain (p. 1).Numerical simulations demonstrate that this system achieves self-correcting alignment, eliminating the need for periodic manual calibration and aligning perfectly with Earth's vortex data (p. 1).
