Abstract
This release provides the first public implementation of a latent-state-driven hazard model for probabilistic inventory risk using Mamba-2. The method converts Mamba hidden state energy into a hazard rate governing inventory survival, enabling DOC-based stockout probability estimation. This release establishes the method as prior art.
