Abstract

This technical note offers a structural interpretation of phase, measurement, and relativistic energy within standard quantum mechanics and special relativity. Without introducing new equations, constants, or experimental predictions, it clarifies the roles of phase evolution, reference fixation in measurement, and proper-time phase in relativistic energy relations. The note is intended as a long-term conceptual reference for discussions in quantum foundations and related areas.
