CONTEMPORARY PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION SYSTEMS AND INNOVATIVE APPROACHES
Abstract
This study investigates the effectiveness of innovative pedagogical approaches, such as flipped classrooms, gamification, and technology-enhanced learning, in comparison to traditional teaching methods. The research aimed to assess the impact of these innovative methods on student engagement and academic performance in a high school setting. A total of 120 students were randomly divided into an experimental group (using innovative methods) and a control group (following traditional teaching practices). Data was collected through pre-tests and post-tests, surveys, classroom observations, and teacher interviews. Results demonstrated that the experimental group showed significant improvements in academic performance and engagement compared to the control group. Furthermore, teachers reported higher satisfaction with the innovative methods, highlighting their potential for enhancing student motivation and creating a more interactive learning environment. The study concludes that integrating innovative pedagogical approaches can effectively improve learning outcomes and engagement in educational settings.
