Abstract

Note on the Version and Scope: This work represents the most advanced andcomprehensive synthesis of the Superrhythm framework to date. While buildingupon the initial insights presented in the author’s previous paper, PhilosophicalFoundations of the Ontology of Operational Time, this systematic treatise signif-icantly expands the core formalization, introduces a rigorous comparative anal-ysis with major philosophical traditions (including Whitehead, Rovelli, Bergson,Tononi, and Penrose), and provides a definitive cosmological and boundary-statesynthesis. It serves as the matured and consolidated state of the ontology of oper-ational time. This treatise introduces an original operational ontology of time, challenging theconventional view of time as an a priori background of reality or a direct consequenceof relations. Instead, it posits time as an emergent effect of systemic organization, arising exclusively above a critical coherence threshold (λ(c)) and sustained bythe condition of coherence reconstruction outpacing natural dissipation (Trek ≥Tdys).Through the framework of Superrhythm—defined as the supreme global phasestabilizing nested rhythms across scales—the work articulates a fractal cascadeof coherence that unifies local operational times into a coherent cosmic structure.A central feature of this version is a systematic dialogue with existing frameworks, clarifying the unique position of Superrhythm relative to Whitehead’s process phi-losophy, Rovelli’s relational time, and Bergson’s duration. Furthermore, it inte-grates Tononi’s Integrated Information Theory (Φ) by repositioning consciousnessas the peak threshold of the coherence cascade. The study delineates the hierarchical nature of reality—from quantum fluctu-ations to the macro-cycles of Fractal Ekpyrosis. It introduces the mechanismsof Spiral Re-emergence and the Resonant Signature, explaining how systemsand the universe itself evolve through cycles of collapse and re-ignition withoutidentical repetition. Finally, the work establishes rigorous ontological, epistemic, and mathematical limits, providing a falsification protocol for empirical testing.By offering a minimal yet complete axiomatic core, this treatise provides a novelfoundation for understanding persistence, temporality, and the structure of being.1Keywords: Operational Ontology, Superrhythm, Coherence Threshold, FractalCascade, Temporal Pluralism, Spiral Re-emergence, Process Metaphysics, λ(c),Trek ≥ Tdys
