Abstract

Description We demonstrate that the CMB anomalies—the "Axis of Evil," quadrupole-octupole alignment, and anomalous ℓ=3 power—arise from the same boundary physics that determines the cosmological constant. SU(3) color gauge invariance on the cosmological horizon mandates a discrete D₃ ≅ Weyl(SU(3)) symmetry in all angular channels. The monopole (ℓ=0) channel yields Ω_Λ = 0.6947 (DESI 2024: 0.693 ± 0.005), while multipole channels inherit the full D₃ irreducible representation structure {A₁, A₂, E}. We predict that the A₂ irrep first appears at ℓ=3, explain why it dominates (82% observed vs. 13% isotropic expectation, PTE < 0.3%), and show the optimal D₃ axis coincides with Planck's Axis of Evil within 5.8°. The D₃ structure traces to color confinement: the same Weyl quotient that projects boundary states onto color singlets imprints discrete symmetry on primordial fluctuations. This framework also predicts Dirac (not Majorana) neutrinos, excludes neutrinoless double-beta decay, and generates all Standard Model parameters from two integers (N_c = 3, χ = 2) at >99% agreement with experiment. The "Axis of Evil" is the Axis of Good.
