Abstract

We present a constraints-first biophysical architecture in which cellular aging is framed as theaccumulation of irreversible records under finite causal memory. Rather than proposing molecularpathways or therapeutic mechanisms, the work makes explicit a set of admissibility conditions already implicit in successful cellular models. An operational Entropy-Neutral Storage objective isdefined as minimal entropy generation per stabilized record. Finite response bandwidth is enforcedthrough a telegraph-type admissibility law, and completely monotone memory kernels are identified as the minimal envelope compatible with passivity and non-oscillatory relaxation. Monotonicaccumulation of record burden is derived from irreversibility and coarse-grained bookkeeping assumptions. Senescence emerges as an inevitable saturation endpoint. The framework yields falsifiableconstraints on cellular time-series data without pathway-specific or clinical claims. Keywords: biophysics, cellular aging, irreversibility, finite memory, completely monotone kernels, senescence
