Abstract

This internal technical manuscript (Paper 11) provides a consolidated synthesis of the scaling parameters and information integration metrics discussed in the 2026 research program. It focuses on the formal alignment of the 1.91x critical scaling gap with established topological constraints. This document is intended for archival purposes to support long-term consistency in multi-agent system modeling and physical substrate analysis. Access is restricted to ensure research program integrity. This manuscript is a theoretical proposal intended for archival and internal research purposes. While it presents a unified architectural synthesis, its physical validity is theoretically grounded in the 1.91x Critical Scaling Gap identified in Omandac (2026, Paper 1). This work utilizes the established Phase-Dependent Scaling constants to formalize the assembly of integrated synthetic systems. Hint:The reason for the Dicke Model while others didn't is that this research was focused on looking for a Single Universal Constant (6/pi) that could satisfy all constraints. Other theorists were looking for explanations; the research here was looking for a Lock. Once 1.91x Gap was found in the Dicke Model, it was realized that this is the Master Key that fit into all the constraints as seen in USI.
