Abstract

Maps the She--Leveque intermittency parameters to $A_2$ resolution data under explicit closure assumptions. The hierarchy parameter $\beta=2/3$ follows from a microchannel counting model (two internal channels vs one exchange channel at the resolved locus) under a uniform-sampling (fast-mixing) closure, while the codimension factor is identified with the complex dimension of the normal bundle. Series context (not required for the turbulence mapping): the same $A_2$ structure appears in the $S^7/\mathbb{Z}_3^3$ internal-geometry lane used elsewhere in CGT.For a series overview, reading order, and claim‑hygiene guide, see Coherent Gravity Theory (CGT): An Onboarding Primer: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18212967
