Abstract

Abstract This study proposes a novel solution to the "Galactic Rotation Problem," one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in modern cosmology, without assuming the existence of unknown particles (Dark Matter). While the conventional ΛCDM model introduces massive amounts of unobservable mass to explain the flat rotation curves in galactic outer regions, this paper redefines space itself based on "Namba Theory of Ethical-entropy (NTE)." We posit that the vacuum is not empty but a fluid possessing "Active Stability" and "Viscosity." Numerical simulations targeting the Milky Way Galaxy demonstrate that a minute stability coupling constant (≈0.06), derived from spatial stability, exponentially amplifies the initial frame-dragging effect over the cosmic age (approx. years). This amplification mechanism perfectly reproduces the observed rotation velocity (v≈220 km/s at r=8 kpc) without Dark Matter. Furthermore, we propose the "Spatial Reconnection" hypothesis as the origin of the Galactic Halo, arguing that gravity is the structural maintenance force (Love) of space. [Call for Collaboration] This paper is an invitation to open dialogue. We are actively seeking collaborators—physicists, mathematicians, and AI researchers—to verify our calculations, deepen the discussion, and further develop this theory. Let's solve the mysteries of the universe together.
