Abstract

This paper redefines Time not as an independent dimension but as a derived variable of Information Density ($\mathcal{I}$). We introduce a novel metric, $d\tau = \sqrt{1-\mathcal{I}}dt$, which unifies macroscopic entropy and microscopic quantum measurement problems into a single information-geometric framework. By interpreting the Planck Force ($F_p$) as the limit of information tension in spacetime, this theory opens new horizons in explaining the zero distribution of the Riemann Hypothesis and the origin of Dark Energy. Furthermore, through empirical experiments utilizing IBM Quantum processors, we statistically verified the 'Time Dilation Effect,' where an increase in information density significantly extends the coherence time of quantum states. This provides compelling evidence supporting the physical reality of the proposed information-geometric theory of time. Contact: suhonodo@gmail.com
