Abstract

Abstract:This document presents a long-term seismic forecast based on the "Flow Theory," which identifies a deterministic mathematical relationship between planetary convergences, solar activity cycles, and major seismic events (M ≥ 8.0). Based on the 10-11 year and 12-year cyclic steps, a destructive seismic event (M 8.0+) is predicted in October 2026. The forecast is not officially confirmed and is the author's hypothesis. 1. The 6–12 Year Recurrence Interval (M 8.0+)The migration of tectonic energy occurs within fixed temporal windows of 6 or 12 years. Recent global seismic data confirm this deterministic step:Russia: 13.01.2007 (M 8.1) ➔ 24.05.2013 (M 8.3) (6-year step) ➔ 30.07.2025 (Kamchatka, M 8.8) (12-year step).Turkey: 17.08.1999 (M 7.8–8.0) ➔ 23.10.2011 (M 7.1) ➔ 06.02.2023 (M 7.8–8.0) (12-year step).Peru: 23.06.2001 (M 8.4) ➔ 15.08.2007 (M 8.0) (6-year step) ➔ 26.05.2019 (M 8.0) (12-year step).2. Global Synchronicity and the Antipodal Resonance (10,000 km)Seismic events of magnitude 8.0+ frequently occur as synchronous pairs in geographically remote regions (approx. 10,000 km distance), indicating a unified planetary seismic process:Almaty (Kazakhstan) ↔ Guerrero (Mexico): Synchronous events recorded in 1887, 1889, and 1911.Alaska (USA) ↔ Kyrgyzstan / Xinjiang (China) border: Synchronous events in 1902, 1906, and 1946.Evidence indicates that all 12 major shocks in these chains coincided with the maximum convergence of Earth with Venus, Jupiter, and Neptune. 3. The 10–11 Year Cycle: Correlation with Solar Activity MinimaThe transmission of seismic impulses corresponds with full solar activity cycles. Major events occur strictly during solar activity minima:Japan and India Synchronicity: Significant synchronous shocks (M 7.0–7.5) in 1828, 1833, and 1843.Japan Destructive Chain (M 8.0+): Dec 1833 ➔ Spring 1844 ➔ 1854 (two M 8.0+ events in one year) (10–11 year step).Philippines (M 8.0+): Autumn 1897 ➔ Spring 1907 ➔ Autumn 1918 ➔ 1924 (10–11–6 year step).Japan (Uranus Resonance): Sequence of M 8.0+ events: 01.09.1923 (M 8.3) ➔ 03.03.1933 (M 8.4) ➔ 07.12.1944 (M 8.1) ➔ 20.12.1946 (M 8.1) ➔ 04.03.1952 (M 8.1) (10–11–2–6 year step).Alaska (Mars Resonance): 1965 (M 8.7) ➔ 1975 (two events in Feb and Nov, M 7.8–8.0) ➔ 1986 (M 8.1) (10–11 year step).India and Pakistan: The impulse returned to this region in Oct 2005 (M 7.6–8.0) and recurred in 2015 (two events: April M 7.8 and October M 7.7) (10–11 year step).4. Analytical Forecast: October 2026Cyclic analysis reveals a seasonal alternation pattern (Autumn–Spring–Autumn).Historical Reference (Japan): Dec 1833 ➔ Spring 1844 ➔ Dec 1854.Historical Reference (Philippines): Autumn 1897 ➔ Spring 1907 ➔ Autumn 1918.In the India-Pakistan cycle, the first shock occurred in October 2005, followed by the second in Spring/Autumn 2015. Consequently, the third and concluding shock of the cycle is projected for October 2026.The astronomical trigger is the Earth-Venus convergence. Following the mega-strike in Kamchatka on July 30, 2025 (M 8.8), tectonic pressure is demonstrably shifting toward the India-Pakistan region. Projected intensity: M 8.0.5. Secular CyclesIndonesia: M 8.0+ strikes in Jan 1629 and Jan 1699 repeated after exactly 278 years in Jan 1907 and Jan 1977 (70-year cycle).Japan: An 80-year cycle between M 8.0+ shocks: 1923 ➔ 1943 ➔ 2003 (80-year cycle). 6. Global Volcanic Cycles: Fractal Scale of the Stream TheoryThe theory proves that volcanic eruptions follow the same fractal intervals (multiples of 7 and 10) as seismic events, scaling from years to hundreds of millennia.Supervolcano Scale (Fractal Step 10):Yellowstone (700k years ago) ➔ Toba (70k years ago) ➔ Kikai (7k years ago). This represents a precise decimal reduction of the cycle (700,000 — 70,000 — 7,000), proving a unified planetary pulse.19th Century Major Eruptions (Step 1-7-70):1808 (Unknown eruption) ➔ 1815 (Tambora) ➔ 1883 (Krakatoa). The intervals are 7 years (1815-1808) and 68-70 years (1883-1815).20th Century Major Eruptions (Step 1-9-90):1902 (Santa Maria) ➔ 1912 (Novarupta) ➔ 1991 (Pinatubo). The intervals follow a similar progression of 10 years (1912-1902) and 79-80 (90) years (1991-1912).
