Implementation of Object-Oriented Design Patterns in Scalable Smart City Architectures

This project presents a modular Java-based prototype designed to address the instability and latency issues of the legacy "DigiBank Alpha" system. By utilizing Singleton, Command, Adapter, and Observer design patterns, the proposed architecture seamlessly integrates smart city infrastructure controls with a multi-currency digital payment gateway. The implementation features a graphical user interface (GUI) with real-time performance metrics, demonstrating superior scalability and system stability compared to existing hybrid-cloud solutions.
