A Closed Governing Law for Identity-Preserving Adaptive Systems
Abstract
We present the closed formulation of Morrison’s Law, a governing prin- ciple for adaptive systems that enforces long-horizon stability through invariant-gated evolution rather than optimization. This work completes the law by specifying admissibility conditions, projection operators, con- vergence guarantees, and failure semantics.
