Abstract

Torqued Substrate Theory (TST) proposes a substrate-first physical framework in which all observable structure arises from oriented recursive constraint acting on a continuous scalar substrate. Volume I establishes the ontology, operator structure, projection discipline, and closure conditions without introducing phenomenological primitives. Version 1.1 is a clarification release that makes projection direction, ontological priority, and torque conditions explicit without altering equations or ontology.
