EEMnz/Assessment-thermal-models: Assessment of thermal-based multifactor kinetic models
Abstract
Optimization and validation of kinetic models based on thermal and molar concentration data using synthetic data. The following codes show how to use the TPE_CMA-ES algorithms for parameter estimation. The model selection and validation were performed using stratified cross-validation. For exploring the parameter space, a model-based experimental design is used to select the most adequate experimental conditions.
