IBDA-IIMS™: Institutional Intelligence & Integrity Management System
Abstract
IBDA-IIMS™ (Institutional Intelligence & Integrity Management System) is a proprietary institutional governance framework that defines structural principles for governed decision-making, accountability preservation, and the management of AI, agentic, and decision-critical capabilities. The framework operates at a structural governance layer and does not prescribe technology, mandate implementation, or constitute a compliance, certification, or regulatory regime. IBDA-IIMS™ is not a standard. It is a pre-standard, non-certifiable governance framework intended to support institutional design, oversight, and policy alignment across diverse organizational and regulatory contexts. The framework is authored by Divyanshu Shubham and stewarded by IBDA AI LTD (United Kingdom).
