Paper 116B: Photon Handoff as Licensed Coherence Packets Mismatch-Driven Proposals, Gate-Limited Admission, and Packet Semantics in the Holosphere Lattice
Abstract
A packet description needs both a recognizable pattern and an account of what actuallycrosses its boundary. This paper connects these two requirements to the occupied-contactdynamics of the Holosphere model. The directional operator derived in Paper 116 supplies aphase-dependent surface current; Paper 116A supplies its changing contact strengths. Here thetransported quantity is the squared surface amplitude, and a packet envelope is its positiveexcess over a declared reference. Subtracting the two continuity equations gives an exact localbalance for that excess. For equal total inventories, positive and negative deviations have equalintegrated size, even while either grows. Regional boundary currents then distinguish a positivereadout from net receipt. A local phase preparation in the continuous occupied subsystem ofPaper 122BD produces this distinction directly: the detector readout confirms at time 0.29, whileequal-threshold net receipt confirms at 0.38, with both times unchanged under time-step halving. The self-contained calculation preserves the surface inventories and checks local transport againstindependently integrated phase currents. This establishes a contact-based packet accounting anddetection layer for photon-like candidates within Holosphere theory.
