Abstract

Purpose and Scope This document invites collaboration to refine, preregister, and execute four pilot studies derived from UPC's Everyday Flow States (EFS) framework. Primary aims (empirical pressure tests): Test whether higher resonance dominance (RQ) predicts EFS frequency/duration and better functioning. Test whether Polarity Accessibility Score (PAS) and C–A Index provide incremental validity beyond conventional measures (mood, symptoms, flexibility). Test whether ROPs (short, repeatable micro-meditations) can reliably shift mindsets toward higher resonance and stabilize changes as a baseline. Create a reproducible measurement toolkit (manuals + item anchors + scripts + code) suitable for larger preregistered replications. Open-science stance: This is a living collaboration pack: The goal is not "confirming UPC," but creating strong tests—including conditions under which the framework would be revised or rejected.
